Creamy Macaroni Soup Recipe

How does creamy macaroni soup (ala Jollibee) taste?

I would say one of the things that makes this fast food chain’s macaroni soup truly memorable is its perfect taste. It’s not overly salty, but it certainly has just enough of that popular seasoning and some pepper. But there are other ingredients that are crucial for the filling taste of our soup. We also have some chicken cups as well as some mushroom cream soup mix to really enhance the flavor of the dish.

There are a few other ingredients that add some texture to our soup. We’ve got some diced chicken, some ham, and we mustn’t forget the soft elbow macaroni, either. Carrots and corn also add some crunch, so our soup never tastes boring. Ready to create your own? Try to recreate this with me!

How to Make Creamy Macaroni Soup (ala Jollibee).

Your first step would be to take 3 tablespoons of butter and melt it in your saucepan. Once everything has melted you can add 3 cloves of garlic and 1 onion, both of which you have already chopped. Then just sauté until the onion softens. Once that happens you can add 2 ounces. diced chicken. We cook it until it turns brown. You will also need 2 ounces of ham cut into squares. Just add this to the mixture and sauté for 2 minutes.

It’s time to pour 3 cups of water into the mixture. We simply wait for it to boil and then add 1 Knorr Chicken Cube as well as 1 ½ cups of elbow macaroni. Mix everything together and then just cover the pot. We let the mixture boil again. If this is the case, you can turn the heat down to medium and cook the soup for 8 minutes.

While we wait for the liquid to boil, we can work on another aspect of our dish. In a separate container, combine 62 grams of Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup with 2 cups of water. Then we stir them together until they are perfectly blended. Then just pour it into your saucepan.

Once the time is up, you can add as much salt and ground black pepper as needed. Be careful not to add too much so that you end up with a well-seasoned dish. You can then decant the soup into a serving bowl of your choice. It would be great to have it freshly cooked while it’s hot, but be careful not to eat it when it’s too hot or it could burn your tongue!

Pulled pork sandwich

Since the macaroni soup tastes so effortless, I’d say it goes well with most sandwiches. But it pairs perfectly with a deliciously hearty and rich dish like this pulled pork sandwich. The chipotle mayonnaise in this recipe definitely adds a flavor boost. The slow-cooked pulled pork is also wonderfully tender and makes for the perfect filling. Soup and salad go together like two peas in a pod. That’s why I’d also recommend trying this broccoli and bacon salad with your creamy macaroni soup (ala Jollibee).
