Made with fresh dill and lemon – it’s the perfect sauce for salmon, but we also enjoy it with our grilled potatoes, asparagus and zucchini and as a delicious dip (scroll down to see). all possibilities we used it). Ingredients for the dill sauce recipe
- Fresh dill – Fresh dill livens up this sauce, and we always opt for it whenever possible! You can also use dried dill in a pinch, but fresh dill really kicks ass here! Do you hate dill? Try fresh flat-leaf parsley or fresh basil.

- Mayo or Vegan Mayo– While we use mayonnaise in the recipe, which provides great texture, we’re reducing the ratio; If you prefer, you can make our homemade mayonnaise, our vegan mayonnaise, or use store-bought mayonnaise.
- garlic (optional) – Add a clove of garlic for a little “bite” or substitute 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder or garlic powder.

Dill sauce is so easy to make! Simply place the ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together.
Combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, and garlic in a small bowl or bowl. Whisk until smooth. If you use yogurt, you can add a teaspoon or two of olive oil.
