Why We Love This Healthy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
We love fruit in our home, so getting my kids to devour it in its humble glory isn’t too difficult. But there’s just something about a decline that takes it one step further. Almost in dessert territory. And that’s exactly what we do in the summer, when production is at its peak.
This creamy, tangy fruit dip is just perfect. Not only does it bring a touch of sweetness, it also provides a healthy dose of protein! Made with cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, and some brown sugar, it’s an incredibly simple yet delicious dip that everyone in my house loves.

Ingredients you need for this cream cheese fruit dip:
- cream cheese– We used regular cream cheese, but Neufchatel works great too.
- Greek yogurt– We used Greek whole milk yoghurt.
- Brown sugar– We love the caramel flavor that brown sugar gives to this dip, but you can use maple syrup too.
- vanilla extract

To prepare a cream cheese fruit dip:
- Soak the cream cheese. It’s important to use room-temperature cream cheese before whipping. Otherwise you’ll end up with a lumpy fruit dip!
- Beat until smooth and creamy. Start beating the cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth. Then add yogurt, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat for about a minute until nice and creamy.
- Cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy with various fresh fruits and graham crackers.
