Why doesn’t stirring ice cream work?

Ice cream without butter is just that. Ice cream made without butter. Many moons ago, the only way to make homemade ice cream was with a butter churn. Now we can all enjoy it without having any extra equipment. The whipping process gives it the same consistency as butter ice cream. Will it be exactly the same? Well, probably not, but is it delicious? Yes that’s it! Plus it’s super versatile as you can use the base and add all sorts of toppings.
