ingredients

  • 2 cans Chickpeas
  • 1 and 1/4 lb sausage Sweet Italian
  • 5 ounces spinach
  • 4 All carrots
  • 1/2 All Onion White
  • 4 Dice cattle bullion
  • 2/3 cups Fat whipped cream
  • 8th cups water Hot
  • 2 tablespoon garlic Divided

instructions

  • Cook sausage with 1 tablespoon garlic until internal temperature is at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Drain fat and set aside.

  • Heat 8 cups of water until almost boiling. Stir in 4 cubes of beef bullion until dissolved. Put aside.

  • Dice onion and carrot. Place the onion, carrots and garlic in a large saucepan. Cook until onion is translucent. With the lid closed, this takes about 5 minutes.

  • Add the beef broth, chickpeas, sausage, spinach, and heavy cream.

  • Simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
