  • In a large food processor, add the chickpeas, flour, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.

  • Pulse until smooth.

  • Remove the blades and stir in the chocolate chips

  • Drop by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared sheet, bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

  • Allow to cool on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling
