Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 2 cups bread cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 2 tablespoon (10g) Parmesan Cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the chicken

  • 2 Skinless and boneless chicken breasts (about 1 lb 450 g) Pound ½-me (1 cm) thin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking

Caesar dressing

  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tsp (5g) Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 Cup (110 g) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon (10g) Parmesan Cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 7 oz (200g) Fusilli pasta
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, about 5-6 cups
