Buttermilk pancakes are our favorite Sunday morning breakfast pancakes. We have enjoyed these pancakes for many years. We love them with blueberries or simply on their own. They are super versatile, add what you like. I didn’t include the blueberries in the recipe as you can add them if you like, but these pancakes are great either way!
Buttermilk Pancakes Ingredients needed:
all purpose flour
Sugar
baking powder
baking powder
egg
Buttermilk (could use regular milk but I think they are better with buttermilk)
oil (I use olive oil)
butter
vanilla flavor
As you can see these are made with only simple ingredients. I’ve made them with canola oil and with olive oil and feel that olive oil makes a fluffier pancake. So both will work just fine.
