Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

This is honestly my favorite smoothie at the moment. It’s so nutritious, balanced and totally delicious. I love getting a double dose of marine collagen and creaminess by adding the JSHealth Collagen Creamer+ and using the JSHealth x Inside Out unsweetened oat milkwhich contains collagen and prebiotics!

Add the fiber and antioxidants from blueberries and chia seeds, and filling fats from nut butters, along with our JSHealth Protein + Probiotics and you have a super nutritious mix. Try it ASAP for breakfast, a snack or dessert (yes, it’s that good!).

  • 1 tbsp granola of your choice

method

Combine all ingredients in a high powder blender. Mix until smooth.

Pour into a serving glass and sprinkle with granola.
