- 1 Lb. cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 big green apple finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup finely diced red onion
- 2 large sticks of celery finely diced
- 1/3 Cup dried cranberries or Craisins
- 1 Cup plain greek yogurt any %
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, green apple, red onion, celery, and dried cranberries. Mix and set aside.
