To be honest, I wasn’t always in the whole yoga scene. For a long time I found this boring and unnecessary. “No way are they getting a good workout,” I would often say, or “it seems so lame.”

Little did I know that since starting a regular yoga practice in the last 5 years, it would change my life. Not only am I more flexible, I’m also physically stronger and have more endurance in triathlons and other races.

WHICH YOGA STYLE SHOULD I PRACTICE?

There are many different types or styles of yoga. Depending on what you’re looking for in your practice, some may be better than others. Whether you enjoy easy hatha yoga or vigorous vinyasa yoga, each class is based around a set of asanas (or yoga poses) that offer many benefits.

Not sure where to start? Don’t be intimidated! The instructors are always friendly and knowledgeable with modifications to all poses just in case one doesn’t work well with your body.
