Bandung Basque Burnt Cheesecake 双色玫瑰巴斯克芝士蛋糕

Basque Burnt Cheesecake is definitely one of my favorite baked cheesecakes because it’s extremely easy to make. I’ve made a few different flavors before – vanilla, coffee, and Neapolitan.

My son is a super fan of Sirap Bandung aka Rose Syrup Milk. So this time I put some rose syrup in half of the batter. The result is absolutely fantastic! The color turned out so beautiful with a lovely pink layer and a sweet rose aroma. My boy and I ate the whole cake in under 24 hours and we have to admit this is our absolute favorite flavor at the moment! 😛
