Bottoms Up Bagels, a woman-owned, small-batch bagel shop in Baltimore, is on the road to visit a few different cities, and this weekend and next they’ve made Columbus their home! Find the BUB Bagel Roadshow at The Daily Bar in Italian Village (883 N. Fourth St.) Thursday through Sunday March 16-19 and 23-26.
They offer a variety of bagels, spreads and homemade sandwiches.
Their bagels are hand-rolled and made fresh daily, in 13 varieties.
I tried the Loxx Up with gravlax-style lox, capers and a green onion cream cheese.
I The Classic with bacon, egg and cheese on a garlic bagel.
For the opening weekend they have also presented a 14-hour smoked piece.
Bottoms Up Bagels will be featured March 16-26. Its opening hours are Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., or until sold out.
