This new recipe for Baked Pumpkin Donuts is a simple treat recipe that is perfect for any occasion. Easily adaptable since it is based on a store-bought cake mix. You can use regular Spiced cake mix, gluten free, or keto mix, depending on your needs.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?

  • 15.25 oz box Spiced Cake Mix (gluten free, if needed)
  • 15 oz can pure pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup oil

HOW DO I MAKE BAKED PUMPKIN DONUTS?

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, water and oil.  

Stir in the pumpkin puree until you have a smooth, creamy batter.

Evenly divide the mixture into your donut tins and bake for approximately 18 minutes.  Remove and let cool.
