These easy Baked Breakfast Tacos are always a crowd favorite. Add all of your favorite toppings for a delicious breakfast or dinner.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 9 eggs
- 3 tablespoon milk
- dash of salt & pepper
- 4-5 strips of turkey bacon (or preferred)
- 6 small flour tortillas (or preferred)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: white onion, fresh jalapeños, tomatoes, hot sauce

HOW DO I MAKE BAKED BREAKFAST TACOS?
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Begin to cook them in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the eggs have begun to scramble and set, remove from heat. You do not want to over cook the eggs, since they will be baked in the oven as well.
Cook the bacon in a skillet. Once cooked through, remove and crumble.
**If you are prepping this recipe for the next morning, place the cooked eggs and bacon in an airtight container in your refrigerator until you are ready to bake the tacos.**
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. and place 6 tortillas in a large baking dish. Fill each taco with soft scrambled eggs, followed by crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tortillas are slightly browned.
Remove from oven and garnish with preferred toppings: onion, jalapenos, tomatoes, hot sauce.
