Fermented lemon and garlic cleanse once or twice a year to promote artery health and overall circulatory benefits.

A doctor friend of mine recently shared this recipe for a powerful Lemon Garlic Elixir with me.
The source for this artery cleanse is Dr. Cristof Plothe, DO and Naturopath. This information is intended for wide-ranging dissemination. (1)

Given the current environment with people having all sorts of sudden cardiovascular events (yes, we all know why), this powerful purity shot for easing blood flow in arteries and veins seems particularly relevant.
This lemon-garlic regimen may also be helpful for those of us who don’t have mRNA in our systems.
Arterial cleansing is done once or twice a year to detoxify the circulatory vessels and help keep them in the best shape possible.
This home remedy has quite a bit of scientific research to back up its effectiveness. I’ve linked some of the most important ones in the References section below. (2-5)
The artery-cleansing effects are based on the food synergy of fermented lemon and garlic, enhanced by the anti-inflammatory herbs turmeric, ginger and black pepper.
Below is the link to Dr. Plot the PDF.
I’ve included the recipe below in a schematic in case some of you would like to print it out for easier mixing in the kitchen.
I hope you find this detox recipe useful for yourself or someone in your family and friends.

instructions
-
Place the quartered lemons, peeled garlic and ginger in a food processor.
-
Add a small amount of water and blend on high for about 10 seconds.
-
Pour the mixture into a one-liter mason jar and add the remaining water, sauerkraut brine, turmeric powder, and black pepper.
-
Stir and screw the lid on tightly.
-
Allow the jar to ferment on the counter for four days.
-
After fermentation, line a bowl with fine-mesh cheesecloth.
-
Carefully pour the contents of the glass into the center of the cheesecloth, gather the ends and squeeze out the liquid.
-
Pour the liquid into a clean glass jar and refrigerate. You can compost the solids left in the cheesecloth or use them as a condiment.
-
Gently rotate the bottle to mix and add 4 teaspoons (20mL) to a small glass.
-
Take this amount once a day after a meal for three weeks. Take a week off, then repeat for another three weeks.
