Alfredo Tortellini Casserole – $5 Dinner

5 ingredient Alfredo tortellini casserole

You really can’t go wrong with cheese and pasta. These Italians really know how to work these two powerful ingredients together!

I’ll let you in on a little secret… you don’t need to pre-cook tortellini or ravioli if you bake them this way. Not you.

You need to add some boiling hot water to the dish before adding all the other ingredients. And by screaming hot, I mean as hot as it comes out of the faucet. Water does not have to be boiled beforehand.

Screaming hot water plus tortellini…then load up on the other ingredients and alfredo sauce.

And let it bake.

And you’ll be left with a bowl full of cheesy pasta delights!
