Airfryer Omelette Toast – My picky eater

A quick and easy lunch idea for kids; an omelette toast in the Airfryer in less than 10 minutes!

If you’re looking for a quick and easy kids’ lunch, you have to try my Omelet Toast.

It’s simply an omelet mix that’s poured onto slices of bread and cooked in the Airfryer.

Really quick and easy to make and a great high protein lunch for kids and us adults too!

The first step is to crack a few eggs into a pitcher and add some red peppers, scallions, shredded cheese, chopped ham, and a little salt and pepper.

These are the omelet toppings I used, but you can completely customize them with whatever toppings you and your kids like.

Next, take two slices of bread and use a glass to make indentations in the bread and press down.

This creates a place for the omelette mixture to sit on and prevents it from spilling off the bread and over your Airfryer!

Then spray the bread with some spray oil and put it in the Airfryer.

Pour the omelette mixture onto the bread so it sits in the indentations you made.

Cook at 190°C for 8 minutes.

Leave to cool for 1-2 minutes. The toast will get hot and this will also help the omelet to set completely.

Cut into triangles and serve with chopped fruits and veggies or any side your kids like.
