Air fried french fries coated in a delicious garlic butter

A few months ago I ate garlic butter fries at a restaurant in London and I’ve been thinking about them ever since!
This weekend I decided it was time to finally make them myself at home and wow they were amazing!

Those are the french fries I used. They’re definitely my favorite brand as they get so crispy, but you can use whatever frozen fries you like.

The first step is to put the fries in the Airfryer and cook them at 200°C for 12 minutes.
I usually stop the Airfryer a few times and shake the fries to make sure they cook evenly.
If after 12 minutes you think they’ll take a little longer, cook in 1-minute intervals until just how you like it.

Meanwhile, put some butter and crushed garlic in a small bowl and melt in the microwave for a few seconds.

Once the fries are done, sprinkle some salt on top.

Then drizzle the melted garlic butter over the fries.
I do this with a spoon rather than pouring straight from the bowl to ensure the butter coats the fries rather than falling through any gaps and being wasted on the bottom of the Airfryer!

Cook the coated fries in the Airfryer for another minute.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with some chopped parsley.
