Airfryer Christmas Leftover Toastie – My picky eater

Make this epic toast sandwich with Christmas leftovers in the Airfryer loaded with turkey, brie, stuffing and cranberry sauce

Cut the toastie in half to reveal cooked ingredients inside.

Controversial opinion maybe, but I think I actually prefer Christmas leftovers to the big meal of the day itself. anyone else?

Maybe it’s because all the hard work has already been done and you can just get busy making something delicious out of all those leftovers.

This year I made a Christmas Leftovers Toasted Sandwich in the Airfryer for the first time and wow it was amazing!

Added turkey, brie, stuffing and cranberry sauce to bread on cutting board.

There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to toast, but I started with cranberry sauce and then added some brie.

Toastie is being built.

Next I added turkey slices and stuffing and spread some mayo on the other slice of bread.

Place in the Airfryer, spray with spray oil and cook on one side for 5 minutes.

Flip, spray the other side with oil and bake for another 4 minutes.

Toastie placed in air fryer to fry.

And that’s it! The bread turns golden and crispy on the outside and the cheese melts wonderfully on the inside.

Toastie is cut in half.

If you don’t have an airfryer, you can get the same effect by frying it in a frying pan over a very low heat.
