Airfryer Chicken and Cheese Rolls – My picky eater

Cheesy Chicken Pinwheels. A quick lunch for kids made in the Airfryer with just four simple ingredients.

If your kids are a little bored of sandwiches for lunch, you have to try these Chicken & Cheese Pinwheels.

They only need four simple ingredients and can be made at home for a quick lunch or even in the morning and placed in lunch boxes.

The ingredients are:

  • Boiled Chicken
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • Large tortilla wrap

The first step is to place the chicken in a bowl. I use scissors to cut it into small pieces, but you can also use a knife and chop it up on a board.

Then add the grated cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.

Spread the chicken mixture over the wrap.

I find it easier to use a spoon to push it all the way to the edges.

Roll up the wrap tightly and then cut into 10 round slices.

Put them in the Airfryer and then cook at 180 °C for 9 minutes.

And it literally is!

Delicious, cheesy chicken bites that are ready to eat or popped into kids’ lunch boxes to take to school.

Serve them with chopped fruit and veggies for a balanced kids’ lunch.

And for adults, I can recommend dipping them in some buffalo sauce for a flavorful kit. So delicious!
