- 1 5-ounce can diced green chiles, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 16-ounce can refried beans
- 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
- 8th flour tortillas
