Lina (age 55)
The heart of our kitchen and the keeper of traditions. Lina grew up watching her grandmother make fresh bread and hearty stews in a tiny countryside kitchen. Her hands know instinctively what a dish needs. She brings warmth, patience, and an incredible sense of history to everything we cook.
David (age 42)
A former chef turned teacher, David is our flavor explorer. He’s lived in Asia and the Middle East, and he’s always bringing bold, exciting spices into our kitchen. He believes food is a language—and he’s fluent in delicious.
Sofia (age 33)
The creative soul. Sofia loves plating as much as seasoning, and her approach is all about color, balance, and joy. She finds inspiration in farmers’ markets, food photography, and childhood nostalgia. Her energy is contagious, and so is her curiosity.
Omar (age 27)
Our tech-savvy taste-tester and the youngest in the team, Omar is all about modern twists on comfort food. Whether he’s testing air fryer hacks or making grandma’s cookies with a healthy upgrade, he bridges the gap between past and present.
