Air Fried Tofu Balls
I love making these air-fried tofu balls, which are the basis of this recipe. The balls are made of tofu and a few other basic ingredients.

They are very easy to put together and you can leave the rest to cook in your air-fryer or oven. It’s great as finger foods or snacks with your favorite dipping sauce or glaze, like this recipe.

I had these air fried tofu balls with spicy mayo, the rest I cooked in this delicious soy garlic sauce.
