How to make edible cookie dough bites
These easy cookie dough bites start with a creamy combination of cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Then add the almond, oat and coconut flours together to bring the dough together. Dessert with healthy fats and fiber and a touch of protein? Twist my arm!

Then it’s time to add the ever-necessary chocolate chips (we love the mini chips!). They won’t bite the cookie dough without them, after all!

Finally (~4 minutes later…) The ingredients are mixed, and it is scooped, rolled, Swallow! No need to chill, guys.

serving 12 (power bite)
- 1/2 the cup Raw cashew butter (We love Artisana)
- 1/3 the cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2/3 the cup Almond flour (We like Welby)
- 1/2 the cup Job’s (ground from rolled oats // make sure gluten-free as needed)
- 1/4 the cup Coconut powder (or more oat flour)
- 1/8 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1/4 the cup Dairy-free mini chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet // we enjoy life // or prefer chopped chips/chunks)

In a medium bowl, add the raw cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine thoroughly. Then add almond flour, oat flour, coconut flour and salt. Mix very well. You may need to knead the dough with your hands. Fold in chocolate chips.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll into balls, repeat with remaining dough.

Enjoy at room temperature or chill from the refrigerator! Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
