Ingredients:

2 crabs, small to medium sized

Some potato starch

1 bird’s eye chili/chili padi

1-2 sprigs of curry leaves

2 salted eggs, steamed and mashed

20 grams of butter

1/2 tsp curry powder

1 heaped tbsp milk powder

3 tbsp milk

Pinch of salt and sugar, to taste

Some oil for cooking

Method:

Brush the crab with potato starch and fry until almost cooked. Put aside.
