  • 1-2 toasted sesame oil
  • 6-8 wonton wrappers
  • Salsa if desired

HOW DO I MAKE AVOCADO SPINACH SPRING ROLLS?

STEP 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

STEP 2: In a small bowl, mash 2 avocados until you have a fairly smooth consistency. Add 1 cup fresh baby spinach (chopped), ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon lime juice, and ¼ cup jalapenos (chopped). I used pickled jalapenos, but feel free to use fresh if you like. Make sure all the ingredients are well mixed.

STEP 3: Place a scoop of avocado mixture in the center of your wonton wrap and roll gently. Once you rolled it up, wet the rim of your wrapper with water so it sticks together and forms a seal. Continue filling the remaining won-tans with your mixture.
