Molded Chocolate
Ingredients:
1/4 pound chocolate chips, ground into a powder
3/8 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon milk powder
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
directions:
- Place gelatin and water in blender, allow gelatin to dissolve for a few minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Pour into a plastic-lined bowl or silicone mold.
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours until firm.
