Pick something special that you don’t make very often, a good reason to splurge on something decadent. Add a few special touches, perhaps start with an appetizer and make a special cocktail, finishing with dessert.
We love Gorgonzola Chicken, Asparagus Tart, Lamb Chops, Lobster Bisque, and Mushroom Risotto and of course, followed with something decadent like Chocolate Torte or Vegan Lemon Bundt Cake!
One idea is to start with a beautifully set table. Serve 4 courses starting with a seasonal cocktail or mocktail, followed with an appetizer, a cup of soup or salad, a festive entree’ and finish off with dessert.
