These hot ham and cheese sliders are super easy to make.
roll – Hawaiian sweet buns are perfect for these sliders. They are really soft and fluffy with just a hint of sweetness. You can also use slider rolls or evening rolls.
Ham – You can use any type of ham, such as Black Forest ham, honey ham or thinly sliced ​​leftover ham. Place 1 slice of ham per slider for a snack, or two slices for a heartier ham slider. You can also use other delicacies like roast beef or turkey.
Cheese – Ham and Swiss is a classic pairing, but you can use any cheese you like. White cheddar, provolone, and mozzarella are all delicious!
topping – This is where the magic happens! Mix melted butter with some spices and brush the buns with it.
If you don’t have chopped onion, substitute a little onion powder or garlic powder. You can substitute any bagel seasoning for the spices in the recipe.

How to make ham and cheese sliders
Bake until hot and the cheese is melted and you have the perfect bite!
- Cut the buns in half so you have a top and bottom (without separating them)
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and add the topping ingredients according to the recipe below.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a casserole dish, top with ham and cheese.

These ham and cheese sliders are an easy meal or snack everyone loves.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried chopped onions.

Cut the rolls in half by separating the top and bottom. Once attached, you don’t have to separate each roll.

Brush the inside of the rolls with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.

Place the bottom of the rolls in a casserole dish. Place a slice of folded ham on each bun and top with slices of cheese.

Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheese and gently brush the butter mixture over them.

Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned.
