Coleslaw is a popular side dish served alongside hearty meats, and it’s pretty easy to make at home. Here’s my favorite coleslaw recipe, an easy recipe that’s quick to make and calls for simple ingredients, just cabbage and carrots in a creamy dressing with a hint of sweetness.


Ingredients:

220 g cabbage, grated

1/2 carrot, grated

Coleslaw Dressing:

40 grams of mayonnaise

30g buttermilk

10 grams of sugar

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Pinch of salt & black pepper

Method:
