ingredients
For the salad dressing

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons of honey

juice of 1/2 lime

salt, to taste
For the salad

1 cup watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 cups arugula

1/2 cup feta cheese

Bread of your choice (see above)
instructions
- Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing until emulsified and thick.
- Mix salad ingredients with dressing.
- Serve on bread of your choice.
