Made with natural, wholesome, and, just as important, vegan ingredients – an eclectic mix of whole grains and seeds (with no artificial flavors or colors and no high fructose corn syrup) — Country Harvest’s hearty, dense breads and bagels are packed with essential nutrients like protein, fiber, heart-healthy Omega-3, vitamins, and minerals.
Personally Country Harvest is one of my go-to breads in the USA/Canada — less hostile flavor-wise then ezekiel bread but almost as healthy in many cases.
