Nourish bowls are one of my favourite ways to quickly pack a variety of nutrients into a meal while keeping things simple, satisfying and absolutely delicious. They’re loaded with quality protein to fuel your energy, fibre for happy digestion, satiating wholegrains and healthful fats to keep you feeling radiant.

This is the perfect bowl for when you need to show your liver and digestion some extra love. Roasted carrots act as an antioxidant to help support detoxification processes, alongside high-fibre quinoa, antioxidant-rich kale, sweet and crispy halloumi. All drizzled with a zesty maple dressing.

2. Air-Fried Greek Chicken Bowl

These vibrant bowls come to life in just 30 minutes, boasting herbed chicken strips, crisped to perfection and nestled over a mix of quinoa, crisp veggies and olives. Topped with a dollop of creamy tzatziki, a sprinkle of feta and a citrus pop from a fresh lemon squeeze. Convenient and crammed with flavour!

3. Naked Burger Bowl 

A burger meets nourish bowl… brimming with vibrant, nutrient-dense veggies and inspired by the same classic burger flavours you know and love. Enjoy crunchy lettuce, sweet tomatoes and paprika-spiced mince mingled with herby ‘fries’. Drizzle our protein-rich, special burger sauce on top and serve with pickles (or don’t!).

This is the perfect quick and delicious lunch bowl. Succulent salmon is coated in a honey-tamari marinade and air-fried to crispy perfection, paired with steamed broccoli and served over a bed of wholesome brown rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lemon for freshness!
