These Maple Garlic Glazed Chicken Thighs are absolutely delicious. Easy to prepare and packed with flavor, this dish will quickly become a favorite. We made them with potatoes to make them even faster and more complete. This is a versatile dish as you can use any cut of chicken you like, but you will need to adjust the cooking time.

Ingredients for Glazed Chicken with Maple Garlic:

butter

Skinless and boneless chicken drumsticks

Salt

pepper

Chopped Garlic

White Onion

Red Potatoes

maple syrup

soy sauce

Apple Cider Vinegar

We love this dish because it’s delicious and easy to make with simple ingredients. You can use yellow potatoes instead of red ones. Use any chicken cut you like; Just use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

If you don’t want to add potatoes to this dish, leave them out. You can easily add any salad you like to make a great meal. we love that Broccoli salad as an accompaniment. It’s easy to make and holds up well.

  • 3 teaspoon from butter divided
  • 4-5 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon from salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of diced white onions
  • 1/2 lb of bite-sized red potatoes quartered
  • 1/2 Cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • In an ovenproof skillet, melt 1 teaspoon butter over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper the chicken on both sides.

  • Place in a pan and sear for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  • Add the garlic, onion, and potatoes to the pan and sauté until the potatoes are slightly browned, 5-7 minutes.

  • Place the drumsticks back into the pan with the potatoes.

  • Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Pour sauce over potatoes and chicken.

  • Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reads 165 with a meat thermometer.
