This quick and easy honey mustard dressing recipe combines honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and fresh lemon juice for a deliciously creamy sauce that’s perfect for chicken fingers, fries, and salads!

I told y’all what big ranch fans we are back home. And I’m damn proud of my recipe for Best Ranch Dressing. It’s really delicious. In fact, I received a message on Instagram the other day that said, “Your ranch dressing is the best I’ve ever made.”
But ranch isn’t the only homemade dressing we whip up around this area. In fact, I’ve probably been making homemade honey mustard for a while.

But the delicious combination of honey and mustard is not new. In fact, some say the two were paired as early as ancient Roman and Egyptian times.
I can’t tell what they used it for back then, but we find this sweet and tangy honey mustard to be the perfect dipping sauce for chicken fingers, nuggets, and fries. It’s also damn delicious on a salad. I like to add it to baby spinach, tomatoes, red onions, and bacon for a delicious side dish.

We like our honey mustard to be creamy and sweet, but also with a noticeable spiciness. A combo of honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and some fresh lemon juice hits the spot. And while I used bottled lemon juice in a pinch, the fresh stuff really does offer a far better taste.

Simply whisk the ingredients and you’re done. You can store it in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to two weeks – just give it a quick stir or shake and start dipping before serving!
