Vegan Condensed Milk (2 ingredients!)

You can use most plant milks to make vegan condensed milk, but I recommend soy milk and full-fat coconut milk. Some plant milks are more watery and thinner than others, resulting in a thinner texture in the end and may require more sugar to achieve the right level of sweetness. It’s also best to avoid added ingredients to milk, so soy milk and coconut milk are great options.
