What is Tuscan Chicken?
Sounds fancy doesn’t it? Well, this chicken dish is originally from Tuscany, Italy and goes well with a creamy parmesan sauce with chicken breast, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and Italian spices. It’s ready in less than 30 minutes and full of Italian flavor. Goes well with pasta, roasted vegetables or bread.
What are sun dried tomatoes?
As the name suggests, sun-dried tomatoes are ripe tomatoes that have been sun-dried and lost their juice as a result. This brings out the naturally sweet and tangy flavors of the tomatoes. Due to their strong and intense flavor, sun-dried tomatoes are used in many recipes. You can find these in your grocery store. They usually come in a jar filled with olive oil and are usually available in the canned vegetables department or sometimes in the fresh produce section.
