- 3 tablespoon (40 ml) vegetable oil
- 3/4 Cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 Cup (80 ml) milk
- 2/3 Cup (80g) flour
- 3 tablespoon (25g) cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp (2g) Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp (3g) Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup (80 mL) hot water
For the truffle mix
- 4 oz (120g) Mascarpone Cheese
- 2 tablespoon (30g) Chocolate/Coffee Liqueur
- 2 tsp (8 mL) rum extract
- 2 tablespoon (30g) Oreo Crumbs
For decoration
- 14 oz (400g) white chocolate
- 3 tablespoon 30 ml) vegetable oil
- 1.7 oz (50g) blue candy melt
- 1/7 oz (50g) red candy melt

Prepare the chocolate cake.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
