“I’ve got a secret for you, but you have to promise to keep it: Fresh spinach makes these chicken burgers deliciously juicy. Additionally, anyone in your house who doesn’t like vegetables won’t taste the spinach at all. This recipe also eliminates the need for breadcrumbs or other fillers, making these burgers naturally gluten-free. Put them in your favorite burger bun, or if you want to amp up the health benefits, wrap each burger in lettuce for a super filling, carb-free meal.”
