Ingredients for moon balls
To prepare these balls you only need four ingredients:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup powdered milk (whole, low-fat, or non-fat)
- 1/2 cup of granola.

How to make moon balls
Mix the peanut butter, honey and powdered milk well.
If the peanut butter or honey is too thick, it can be difficult to mix the mixture well. First, microwave them for 10 seconds so they soften before blending.
Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
Roll balls in muesli.
Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

If stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, they should keep for a few weeks.
