There are many versions of this recipe. I had never done this before but decided to add it to our holiday lineup. Some add cheese, hot peppers, onions, etc. I reduced the butter and sour cream a bit but tried to stick to the recipes I’ve read.

Ingredients:
1 can of corn
1 can of creamed corn
3/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy Cornbread Mix
directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8×8 casserole dish.
Bake in the oven at 400 for 35 minutes. You want the center to set and cook through.
