Naturally’ Launching Award-Winning Milk-Free Butter in US Stores

Danish vegan foods brand Naturli’ is bringing its award-winning plant-based butter to the US for the first time. Starting in June, the company’s popular palm oil-free butter will be available in HEB stores across Texas.

“We embrace mainstream consumers with 1:1 dairy products with uncompromising taste and texture”

Naturli’s products will be available in two formats – European-style plant butter blocks and plant butter spreads, VegOut reports. Made with ingredients such as cocoa butter, almond butter, canola oil and carrot juice, Naturli’s butter is extremely popular across Europe and the UK, where its taste and texture have been praised by both consumers and culinary professionals.

In February, the brand’s butter received a Superior Test Award From the International Taste Institute. CEO Henrik Lund originally tried to launch Naturli’s products in the U.S. sooner, but the 2020 pandemic disrupted those plans, he told Vegan.

“‘Naturli’ is a unique cross-category brand,” Lund said in a vegan interview. “We embrace mainstream consumers with uncompromising taste and texture in 1:1 dairy, meat-free products and ice cream. Our goal is to provide you with the food you consume during the day – only plant-based and without sacrificing taste versus conventional foods.”
