Main courses without cream, without cheese (recipe collection)

Here you will find hearty main dishes which contain NO CREAM and NO CHEESE. That doesn’t mean these recipes are dairy-free. Some of them have butter etc. However, since these recipes aren’t covered in cream and cheese, it’s really easy to make them dairy-free. A simple substitution is Use olive oil instead of butter. Also these Dinner are naturally lighter as they contain no saturated fats.
