Turkey Bacon Ranch Sliders are so easy to make and ready in about 30 minutes! These hearty turkey slices are loaded with thick-cut bacon and a blue cheese ranch sauce.

When I first made these easy turkey sliders for the deli, I knew right away I was on to something. Boy was I right? It’s hard to go wrong with this short but flavor-packed list of ingredients.
Turkey and Bacon Ranch Sliders are perfect for an easy lunch or dinner, or any time of the day or night.
When my boys were in high school, I made a lot of recipes like this and my Freezerable Beef and Bean Burritos that I always kept on hand during the summer months. I would have a quiet house and the next minute there would be a bunch of hungry teenagers looking for food. These roving gangs of teenagers could show up at any time.

And here’s something you may or may not know about teenagers. You’re always hungry. It really has very little to do with when they last ate, a fact that never ceases to amaze me. When they went to the pantry late in the day, I would say: “Don’t eat now, it will spoil your appetite for dinner!”. They just laughed knowingly like I was out of control.
Apparently you can’t spoil a teenager’s appetite.
Ingredient Notes

- Ranch Salad Dressing – Your favorite bottled ranch dressing. Simply! Or mix your own seasoning with a pack of ranch seasoning.
- Blue Cheese – Crumbled blue cheese is a great flavor addition to ranch and bacon! I like to use milder gorgonzola cheese for these sliders.
- Slider Bun – Instead of the little Hawaiian buns that you have to cut in half, I like to use slider buns, which come pre-cut and are just a tad larger. It’s simpler and they make sliders that are a bit more extensive.
- Delicatessen turkey – Thinly sliced turkey from the deli counter. You can also use leftover turkey from a holiday dinner, slicing it as thinly as possible.
- bacon – Thickly cut bacon makes a big impact. Below are instructions for cooking bacon in the oven.
- topping – Melted butter and either poppy or sesame seeds add some interest to the bun tops.
Cooking bacon in the oven
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. If you like, you can use parchment paper or just leave the baking sheet blank.
- Spread the bacon evenly and place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes or until nicely crispy. Thick-cut bacon may take a minute or two longer.
- Remove pan from oven and transfer bacon to paper towels to drain. It works like a dream and cleaning is a breeze. Just throw away the greasy foil or parchment paper, give the pan a quick rinse and you’re done!

How to make turkey bacon ranch sliders
Before assembling the sliders, place the ranch dressing and blue cheese crumbles in a small bowl and stir.

- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a large casserole dish and top with the turkey.
- Halve the bacon pieces and place them across the turkey (1 slice per sandwich).
- Top each slider with a dollop of blue cheese ranch sauce.
Save the remaining blue cheese ranch sauce to serve with the sliders for dipping!

- Cover the sliders with the tops of the buns and brush with some melted butter.
- Sprinkle poppy or sesame seeds on top. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

storage tips
Turkey and Bacon Ranch Sliders are great to reheat in the microwave for an easy lunch or afternoon snack.
- Refrigerate: Just cover them with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, or place them in a ziplock plastic bag. They can be kept in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
- Warm up leftovers: Reheat the sliders for about 30 seconds or until warmed through. You can reheat an entire batch, covered, in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
