Tuscan Kale Salad recipe with avocado, chickpeas and creamy dressing

Storage: Untreated and without the avocado, the salad can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Dressed, the salad can be kept in the fridge for 1-2 days, but I would recommend leaving out the avocado until ready to serve.

The dressing can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
