Hello to my inspirational community,
2022 – You certainly were a big… but we did it!
Well done for all you have achieved and completed in 2022.
No doubt many of us found 2022 to be a harder, more challenging year – the hangover of the pandemic was real and trying for so many. Changing the pace and mentally adapting to the world was a lot. If you’ve experienced this, it’s even more a reminder to be gentle and kind with yourself.
Maybe you had a great year – and I’m glad about that! I’m sure whatever 2022 was for any of us, we can look at the hurt we found in it.
Know that I am sending you all my love and am so grateful that I have walked the journey of these last 12 months together as a strong community.
Interestingly, I was personally having one of my best years in terms of spiritual and personal growth. On the other hand, I found my work a bit more challenging and tiring than usual. A lesson in itself. When one part of life feels easy, another part of life can often feel harder. This is life, this is where we grow.
Here are some of the key lessons I learned in 2022…
Life isn’t perfect – Some aspects of life will flow and thrive while others will test you. We must enjoy the dance of life.
Hold on to your passion and your goal – Stick to your mission and motivation, then you will always succeed.
Hard times strengthen us – each time anew – Don’t fear her. They bring the lessons we need for the next steps in the journey.
Boundaries are the best way to protect your energy and take care of yourself. Saying NO is a sign of strength, not weakness. Put yourself first.
It depends on the moment – We cannot really experience the past or the future. Enjoying the moment is all we have and it really is all we can control. Suddenly life feels blissful.
Always be kind to yourself and others – This is probably the most transformative emotion in the world right now and is spreading like wildfire. You have no idea how kindness can affect another person’s life. We need that more than ever.
Your rest is more important – There is no better feeling than health and peace. Put everything in. This way, you can then show yourself as the best version of yourself to those you love as well.
You have to do the SELF work – Otherwise, it will leak out in places where it shouldn’t be. YOU are the best investment you can make for your life to prosper.
I also wanted to wish you a very safe and peaceful end of year holiday season.
This is a very precious time of year to rejuvenate, reflect and be with loved ones.
I personally use this time to unwind for my sanity and peace (like most of the world does anyway!) and to take care of myself so I can start the year healthy. Starting later this week I will be cutting off email and social media which I cannot recommend highly enough. It’s transformative – try it!
Finally, thank you for choosing to support JSHealth the way you do. There are simply no words to describe what it means to me and the JSHealth team to have this incredible, genuine community on our side.
I look forward to connecting with you all again in January!
All my love and infinite gratitude,
Jessxx
