Fancy Nando’s PERi-PERi chicken? You can make it at home with this simple recipe. Prep is easy, just marinate the chicken and throw it in the Ninja Foodi, let it cook the meal to perfection. Add some roasted veggies for a delicious, healthy meal that looks fancy but is actually really easy!
Ingredients:

2 chicken thighs
Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornmeal
3 tbsp Lemon & Herbs PERi PERi Sauce

1. Mix ingredients for marinade and chicken and let marinate overnight.
2. Preheat Ninja Foodi BAKE/ROAST mode at 180°C for 3 minutes.

3. Place the chicken in the cooking basket or put some vegetables on the bottom of the pot (as shown in the picture), cook the chicken in BAKE/ROAST mode at 180°C for 30 minutes, pour over the sauce and then continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes.
