How to make this lavender honey pudding tard

Ingredients

Tart crust

  • 3 oz (90g) butter softened
  • 1/4 Cup (50g) sugar
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp (2g) Edible Lavender

honey cream filling

  • 1/4 Cup (60 g) unsalted butter melted
  • 1/3 Cup (70 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) cornmeal
  • 1 tsp (5g) salt
  • 1 tsp (5g) Vanilla Extract
  • 1 big egg
  • 1/4 Cup (90 g) honey
  • 1/3 Cup (80 g) whipping cream
  • 1 tsp (4g) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp (2g) Edible Lavender

instructions

Prepare the tart crust.

  • You can make this a day ahead and store in the freezer.

  • Cream the butter in a bowl on medium-high.

  • Add the sugar all at once and beat on medium speed until creamy.

  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the egg. Blend until combined.

  • Add the flour, salt and lavender and mix on medium speed until the dough comes together.
