HOW TO MAKE EASY HOMEMADE HOT HONEY?

In a saucepan, begin heating the honey over medium-high heat. Stir in the chili flakes and hot sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, do not bring to a boil.

Turn off the heat and let it cool down. Once the honey has cooled, carefully transfer it to a glass container.

Note that as the chilli flakes soak in the honey, the honey will become more flavorful. If you taste the honey and don’t want it to get hotter, you can filter the chilli flakes out of the honey. But be sure to do this while the honey is still hot and runny.
